Louie Christie - Juggling, 2025 ๐Ÿคน

Update: Louie Christie was a film extra juggling in a major new Hollywood blockbuster due to be released in 2027. For literally seconds! ๐ŸŽ‰ (If he doesn't end up on the cutting room floor.)

Meet Louie Christie. He's a family-friendly, street theatre performer.

Louie Christie wows audiences with juggling, mime, clowning, and generally messing about.

He is also working on his latest and greatest trick: The Skateboard of Doom.

๐Ÿ›น

Louie Christie performs at:

  • The world famous, family-friendly tourist attraction, London's Covent Garden Piazza
  • Around the world
  • and...
  • Once a year at his friend Lizzieโ€™s summer BBQ or wedding

Louie also teaches circus skills, to kids mostly.

But not the skateboard of doom, it's too dangerous.

Andy Christie, Brother (world famous-ish)

Louie Christie has trained under the instruction of world famous street performer (and brother) Andy Christie.

Louie did his brother Andy Christie's circus skills course at City Lit, a stone's throw from the world famous Covent Garden Piazza.

Covent Garden Piazza is where street performers have been performing since the 1660s... including old grey haired Andy Christie.

Circus Space

Louie Christie has also trained in acrobatics at the world famous 'Circus Space' National Centre for Circus Arts.

Evening classes, not the three year degree.

That would require doing stretches and stuff.

Louie has also trained at the world famous Gosport Village Church Hall.

Covent Garden Performances

๐Ÿคน

Louie Christie has performed at Covent Garden Piazza exactly three times:

๐Ÿ”ด

The first time was in a wet January audition. He passed. But his brother was one of the judges. The judge/brother said:

'You've got to start somewhere.'

'If you can't be crap on the street, where can you be?'

๐Ÿ”ต

The second time, Louie fell off the skateboard of doom and bruised his bum cheek.

๐ŸŸก

The third time Louie was on a date with a woman at Roadhouse Nightclub.

Afterwards, he decided to try and impress the woman, by juggling for her at nearby Covent Garden Piazza.

But a rough sleeper kindly asked to stop juggling in his bedroom.

Surprisingly, Louie and the woman just celebrated their anniversary.
